IQ Panel 4

The number required for the Qolsys IQ Panel 4 is the IMEI printed on the product sticker on the back of the panel.

Qolsys IQ Panel 2 and 2+

The number required for the Edge panel is the IMEI printed on the product sticker on the back of the panel.

Simon XT

To find the module in the Simon XT, press the top latch tabs and gently open the panel downward. The module will be located to the right. You can find the IMEI number printed on a sticker on this module.

DSC Neo

To view the serial number from the keypad: Press and hold [1] for 10 seconds. The serial number will appear on the screen.

The serial number is also printed on the physical cellular module following SN/IMEI.

Interlogix NX

The serial number is printed on the cellular module following SN.

Interlogix Concord 4

The serial number is printed on the cellular module following SN.

DSC Impassa

To view the serial number from the keypad: Press and hold [1] for 10 seconds. The serial number will appear on the screen.

The serial number is also printed on the physical cellular module following SN/IMEI.

Qolsys IQ Panel / DSC Touch

Note that all original IQ Panels and DSC Touch panels use 3G cellular radios. After 6/30/2019 3G communication modules cannot be registered for new accounts.

We recommend updating to the IQ Panel 2+.
