New Set-Up Wizard

The Set-Up Wizard is now available! The wizard will help introduce new customers to the Alarm.com experience. During first time login the wizard will guide new customers to set up key features like User Codes and Notifications to get them familiarized with their new system.

New Commercial Reporting

We’ve added even more in-depth commercial reporting to our Commercial offering. The new reports leverage the security system to provide Commercial customers with insights into both employee and customer activity that can help managers optimize their business. These include a Location Summary report with activity tracking, an Open/Close & Exception report and an Alarms & Issues report. Commercial > Reports. Additionally, a new Business Hours page allows managers to set business hours for each location and easily apply the same time settings for notifications, rules and reports. Commercial > Business Hours.

Quickbox Added to Alarm.com

We’ve added the Quickbox by SafeTech to the Alarm.com. The QuickBox is a smart safe that will help customers control access to important personal items.
