Updated Trouble Conditions For “Video Device Not Responding”
The user website now displays updated help messages that include step-by-step instructions on how to reconnect cameras that are offline due to a change in the home’s router or Wi-Fi settings.
  • We improved the camera playback synchronization from the SVR. Previously, if one or more camera streams took longer to load than the others, there would be slight time lag for those streams. Now the streams will be loaded simultaneously.
