2GIG Image Sensor Warranty? (2GIG-IMAGE1)

Hi,
I bought an image sensor (2GIG-IMAGE1; order 30029) in Aug 2015 and it’s not responding. Yesterday ADC said it was online, good batteries and normal, but couldn’t get it to take an image. Today ADC is saying “Malfunction”.
What’s the warranty on these?

The 2GIG Image Sensor carries a 1-year warranty.

Have you performed any troubleshooting on this device? The first and quickest test would be to power cycle. Using a paperclip or toothpick, press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds to power cycle.

Have you made any changes to your system or added any devices recently? Have you noticed any other issues with the sensor or did this just occur?

Thanks. I’ll try a reset. No changes to the system or new devices…
