I noticed on the adc v721w it has the option to run power from an alternate source.
The additional wires on the camera tail are I/O leads, not power application. You’ll need to use the barrel plug.
It is recommended to always use the included power supply. Any alternative power supply would need to match voltage and meet or exceed amps, but I do not recommend this if it can be avoided.
