I am trying to add sensors to my system, but I am unable to locate this option.
Is there a test mode my account needs to be in before I am able to do this? If so, how do I enter this mode?

In order to add 319.5 MHz sensors to the Qolsys IQ Panel 2 you’ll want to start at the home screen of the panel. From the top, scroll down and enter Settings then Advanced Settings and enter your Installer Code (this is a different code than your arm/disarm master code). Next navigate to Installation -> Devices -> Security Sensors. From this page you can add sensors (Auto Learn Sensor) Edit or Delete Sensors.
This video Covers how to add a Door Window Contact but the path to getting to the Learn/Edit/Delete sensor screen is the same for all security sensors.
