When I arm and/or disarm my panel via the Alarm.com App on my iPhone, the panel initiates the command successfully and the GC3 panel arms/disarms correctly. However on my the app I get the following message “Error Panel command timed out OK” after about 60 seconds.
The app does not show that the command was carried out but the panel is armed/disarmed?
I deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled without success.
We’ve sent over some commands to resync the panel status with the back-end. When you get a chance, test a command or two to see if the app updates timely.
The commands I am referring to are not accessible through the user website. This is not a common occurrence or requirement.
In general if you are seeing signaling irregularities, running a cell test from your alarm panel would be the best first step to try to clear the issue.
