Arming schedule

I sent a secure message earlier today to add arming scheduling for both my locations. How long does that take to add? How will I know when it is added? What is the procedure for setting up the schedule?

Whenever a change request is made, an email confirmation is sent when complete. In this case that would have been sent 3:57 PM EST. Should you need to make a change to your email address on file, be sure to let us know at customerservice@suretyDIY.com

Since I have two locations can I have them both in the same profile or do they have to be seperate logins?

Each account needs its own unique login, but you can link multiple accounts together and use one of the logins to access both by using Multi-System Access.

Login to the Alarm.com website and navigate to Settings > Login Information > Multi-System Access.
