Do you experience a delay often in emailed notifications? Is this an isolated incident?
There are a number of possible causes for a delay in email transfer, and while it is usually quick, this is a general issue that does happen between servers. Typically when this occurs it means that a server along the way was overloaded. We recommend using a push notification and/or text message contact in addition to email for vital notifications, as this kind of rare delay is not controllable.
