I have a 7 month old GC3 which has been working fine until last night when the display panel went blank. The unit still works when the screen is touched and recognizes door sensors. You just can’t see anything on the display.
We have heard of this a couple times on Launch firmware for the GC3, and a power cycle fixed those cases. I’ve sent a quick reboot command. Can you confirm this resolved the issue?
In addition, note that the first firmware update for GC3 is available now.
