Glass Thickness and 2 Gig Glass Break GB!-245

I was going to use a 2 Gig glass break in a room. I noticed that the glass appears to be just shy of 1/8" thick.

Do you think it will still work OK in this scenario? I’m right near the 15 ft maximum.

If it won’t work, what do you suggest instead?

You’re likely not to have problems, but the stated thickness is between 1/8 and 1/4 inch (this is pretty standard).

To be safe you may wish to go with a shock sensor(s) instead depending on the number of windows that need covered. A 5800 series Honeywell Shock Sensor or a DW10 or RE201 plus a 5150W wired shock sensor should work.
