Hi, I replaced my two z wave thermostats with gen 3 nest thermostats today. How do I delete the z wave thermostats and pull the nest thermostats into alarm.com. Thanks.
Z-wave devices are removed locally via the remove device or clear device process on your controller.
On a GC3 you would follow this process: System Settings > Installer Code > Smart Home Settings > Remove Devices. While the panel is listening, press the pair process on the thermostat.
For Nest thermostats, you can link your Nest devices on Gold Interactive accounts by logging into Alarm.com and navigating to Settings > Devices > Automation Devices and clicking the Nest link at the bottom right.
In this case it looks like this was found and Nest devices are already showing on your account.
