Hello

Are you able to share how many monitoring stations you have or what backups are in place in the event the monitoring station goes down due to an unexpected event (i.e. power loss, natural disaster)?

FYI some accounts/ may be monitored by a secondary monitoring company Avantguard Monitoring where there may be local licensing issues with Monitoring America !!
