Hi , I have the nest thermostat installed but it does not show up on panel , can it be controlled from panel??? I can only control from app
Did you actually add it to the panel as a device, or did you add it via alarm.com? If the later, then the answer would be No, you cannot control it from the panel would be my guess as it isn’t a panel installed/added device.
No, integration with Nest, similar to Liftmaster and Lutron, are on the back-end, with control exclusively through the App/website. It does not integrate locally with the alarm panel.
