I have been a Frontpoint customer for many years. I have recently been disappointed with their z-wave support and hardware selection. I had been getting information from this forum for a while and decided to switch to Surety. I got a good deal on a Qolsys IQ2 panel and was able to signup online and get setup very easily. Within a few hours I had all my sensors and z-wave devices configured including my automation rules, door lock codes, etc. So far I have been very happy with the service. I have not had a monitoring situation yet so we will see how that goes, but I would highly recommend Surety’s service to anyone that is looking for an Alarm Service.
