I upgraded my panel from the Qolsys IQ Panel to the IQ Panel 2. I paired all my zwave devices to the new IQ Panel 2 and all the lights, thermostats and locks are working through the panel. The issue I’m having is the Schlage lock does not show up in alarm.com but the lights and thermostats do show up. Is there anything I need to do in order to get the lock to show up in alarm.com. I don’t remember doing anything special with the original IQ Panel.
Sometimes there is a delay in Z-wave devices populating in ADC. We’ve requested an updated list and a lock is now showing. Can you confirm all the devices are there? You may need to log out and log back into Alarm.com
