When logging into the ADC website and going to the Setting/Devices link one of my SP1 Keypads is giving me the following message “Sensor is not monitored for open/close activity”
I have a GC3 Panel with two SP1 Keypads, only one of these keypads is giving me this error.
Can you tell me how to clear the issue of “Device Status Unknown”
Happy to help! Simply using the SP1 and sending updates to the GC3 from it should clear that, however we’ve gone ahead and requested an updated system status from the panel. It looks like the error is now cleared.
The previous last status date was a long while ago, so it appears that alert was likely just due to a missed status request, perhaps wifi loss at the time for that SP1 specifically.
Currently there does not appear to be an issue.

If this happens again how could I “use my SP1 and send update to the GC3”
Normal GC3 usage such as arming disarming etc. should resolve. If it does not you can try a quick power cycle. You shouldn’t typically see that as an issue though unless wifi signaling is weak at the SP1 location
