I had to move a z-wave light switch to another house, I “unlearned” it from my concord 4 z-wave module but it is still showing up as “malfunction” on my alarm.com account. Can you help me remove from my account?

Happy to help! We can send a delete command, note that remote deletion commands will only work if the panel can no longer communicate with the node.
