Updating account with a new panel

I had my Qolsys panel replaced with a new one due to a defect. How do I update my account to work with the new panel?

Have you already reinstalled all your sensors in the new panel?

You would only need to request a module serial number swap. To do so, just submit a secure message here requesting the module ID be changed on your account and include the IMEI number from your new Qolsys panel.

Our customer service team will confirm when this swap is completed via email, with instructions to connect it to service.
