Long time reader, first time customer…
I’ve set up my new system and everything appears to be connected fine through the app, but on the website I am only able to see video thought my ADC-V722W and not my Skybell Slimline Doorbell. On the app, I can select the doorbell video and view video live, but not the website. Am I doing something wrong or is this not an option? Thanks!
The doorbell camera video stream is not available on the website at this time, this is normal. Skybell live view can be accessed by the Alarm.com app, and reactively when the doorbell is pressed.
Was confused because video clips show up on the website (I’ve set it to record and notify me when motion is detected at the doorbell) but couldn’t see it live.
