I have installed a zwave garage door controller, but it does not appear on my alarm.com account…

It would appear that you are using the Qolsys IQ panel. At this time Alarm.com does not yet support the Linear Zwave Garage Door Controller through the Qolsys IQ Panel. The device is compatible with the IQ panel however. Currently, you will be able to use the controller for its intended function both through the device itself and the panel. You will not be able to use it through the Alarm.com app.

There is currently no ETA from alarm.com regarding the Linear to Qolsys functionality. It did take a couple months for them to support similar functionality with the 2GIG panels.

Any update on if Linear GD00Z-4 is compatible with alarm.com through the qolsys panel?

It is as of 1.6 firmware.
