    Using Your Concord 4 Panel

If you would like to sign up for service with suretyDIY using your Concord 4 Panel, the following steps will help you to get up and running.

Find your cellular communication module number and determine whether it is 2G or 3G module. You will need an unregistered 3G communication module. See the image below to determine which you have.

Once you have found the module number, check it below.

Note that if you currently have service with another dealer, suretyDIY will be unable to set up an account using your module ID until the existing account is no longer in service. If your module is 3G and unregistered, it is ready for use with another account. If not, you have the following options.

You can contact your current (or recent) provider and request that your module be released for use with another provider.

You can purchase a new module. Keep in mind a 3G module will be necessary to create an account. Any modules used with suretyDIY service will never be locked out. You can use this coverage check tool to determine which carrier is the best fit for you.

Model numbers of Concord 4 modules can be found below.

    For Verizon: 600-1053-4-ZX-VZ

Once you have verified your panel is unregistered and ready for use with service, (or if you know when your panel will be unregistered) you can order service online to get started.

You will be directed to a survey after placing your order, which will collect all the account information necessary for our team to set up your service. Once your order has been processed and your new service is ready for use, you will receive a welcome email with next steps.

suretyDIY is a no-contract, month to month Alarm.com service and 24/7 monitoring provider for do-it-yourselfers.
