Is there a way to backup and restore the settings of a GC2 panel? I want to swap panels but I don’t want to have to go through and manually program all of the settings of the new panel.
Yes, if you use suretyDIY as your service provider we would be able to request a backup of your current panel config and sensors, then there are steps which can be attempted to push those settings to a new GC2 panel. Newer models of GC2 can also be pushed to a GC3 panel.
Your current system would need to be communicating with a service account through suretyDIY in order to start the process.
