I have a 2GIG system with a Kwikset z-wave deadbolt. When it was originally setup with a different vendor, I could manage the deadbolt codes though the alarm.com app or website. Since switching to suretydiy, that functionality seems to be missing. Is there something I can do to regain that functionality?

You can of course update codes online. You’ll need to have a Z-wave door lock linked to your panel and the Interactive Gold service plan.
To update codes, login to the Alarm.com site and click Users. You can select which users have lock access individually. Be sure to save each one.
Allow 5 minutes per code for codes to be enabled at the lock.
You can see the process for adding users to the panel here. To give lock access, simply click on the lock access button as well.
Ah, ok thanks! For some reason I thought it was separate from the system codes.
