I’m in the process of signing up for suretydiy service. It’s unclear to me whether the master passwords/durress word will be the same as the numerical pin I would be entering to disarm the device? Or can a separate alphabetic word be given if the monitoring station calls after an alarm? Thanks!

To clarify, the universal and individual contact passwords referenced in the order survey are the verbal passwords used when speaking to the central station. These can be numerical or words, as you desire.
They are not related to the alarm panel arm/disarm user codes in any way. Panel user codes are managed through your Alarm.com account after connecting to service.
