We are having an errors condition indicating Tampering on both our family room and master bedroom including disabling the detectors when arming/disarming the system including when ‘arm & stay’ has been selected. Is this indication normal? I think not. Our entire system was purchased thru Surety DIY so you should be able to see the components that we have integrated.

That is not a normal condition and I can verify that one of them is currently reporting a tamper.
How long has this been occurring?
Have you checked the little black tamper switch on the motion detector? Does it depress easily but snap back up quickly?
What about the back plate? Is it firmly in place with no gaps between it and the body of the motion detector?
Thanks for the quick response, Tyler, I checked/pressed the black tamper switch this AM on both motion sensors and will monitor the sensor response going forward. r/ Steve
