i have inherited some v-hd300w outdoor video devices. can i use them with alarm.com service i have from you?
I believe that may be the same base model as the 721W, but note that if the camera is used with a back-end service other than ADC it would not work. I could not speak to another provider’s equipment specifics, but I believe they no longer use ADC for back-end video, so this is unlikely to work.
ADC cameras all require Alarm.com specific firmware which cannot be flashed by users. Compatible camera models can be found here.
they were previously being used with vivint. sounds like that is not going to work then.
